Pricing questions
What counts as a supplier?
One direct company on your supplier list. The companies you map behind it, at any depth, do not count toward the limit.
Can I try Intellens before I subscribe?
Yes, but not through signup. Contact us or book a demo and we will arrange a trial for you. If you do not continue afterwards, your workspace is paused and your data stays in place, ready for when you return.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference prorated over the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How does billing work?
All plans are billed monthly via Stripe, in EUR, and you can cancel any time in Settings. For B2B buyers in other EU countries, VAT is handled through the reverse-charge mechanism. Danish customers are charged Danish VAT.
Is my data deleted if I cancel?
Not immediately. Your data stays in place so you can export it or reactivate later. If you want it gone, the workspace owner can request deletion in Settings.
Where is my data hosted?
In the EU. Intellens runs on Scaleway infrastructure in Paris, France, and is operated from Copenhagen. Processing follows GDPR, and a data processing agreement is available.
