Pricing questions

What counts as a supplier?

A supplier is one company you actively monitor on the platform. Every monitored company counts toward your plan's supplier limit, whether it is a direct tier-1 supplier or a tier-2 or tier-3 sub-supplier you have mapped.

Can I try Intellens before I subscribe?

Yes, but not through signup. Contact us or book a demo and we will arrange a trial for you. If you do not continue afterwards, your workspace is paused and your data stays in place, ready for when you return.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference prorated over the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How does billing work?

All plans are billed monthly via Stripe, in EUR. For EU B2B buyers, VAT is handled through the reverse-charge mechanism: you account for VAT in your own country.

Is my data deleted if I cancel?

Not immediately. Your data stays in place so you can export it or reactivate your account later. If you want it gone, we delete it permanently on request, in line with GDPR.

Where is my data hosted?

In the EU. Intellens runs on AWS infrastructure in the European Union and is operated from Copenhagen. Processing follows GDPR, and a data processing agreement is available.
