An agentic assistant inside the platform. It triages the alerts, finds who should take them and drafts the request to the supplier, so your team spends fewer hours on triage and chasing. Nothing runs until you press Confirm.

An example conversation with the assistant. The user asks which critical alerts have no owner, and who should take the forced-labour one. The assistant checks the workspace and answers: two critical alerts have no owner, forced labour at Oltavan Denim Mills and a flood warning at Kavrani Home Textiles, and Procurement should take the first, since it already handles Oltavan's other tasks. It proposes two actions as cards: assign the task to Procurement, and ask the supplier for a statement. The user presses Confirm on each, both cards show done, and on the task board the Oltavan Denim Mills task moves from New to Assessing with Procurement as its owner.
